Learn a variety of techniques: mindfulness, breath-work, mantra, visualization, and embodied meditation practices with instructor Theresa Scott. Practice in a variety of ways. Receive an introduction to emotional release techniques. New and experienced meditators are welcome. Class takes place online on Zoom.
