Restorative Yoga, with Ginger, offers the opportunity to slow down and draw our awareness back home to our bodies. This practice uses props to support the body and sequences designed to deeply relax muscles through passive stretching. Music and meditation complement the physical postures. Body and breath are the focus of attention allowing the body and mind to relax and soften, coming together fostering a sense of calm and wellbeing. When we get in touch with our natural qualities of compassion and understanding, we improve our lives and the lives of those around us.
