Wake your body up in a healthy way with this early morning yoga practice. Start your day with your mind focused and your body energized, Rise and Shine Yoga will benefit students of all levels, including beginners. We will begin with centering breathwork, then we will move into an alignment focused asana practice, designed to develop stability in holding and movement. Class will end with savasana relaxation to integrate the practice, allowing you to carry the mind/body/spirit connection with you as you move into your day.
