The Yoga of Recovery is an exploration of Twelve Step recovery from a yogic perspective. Yoga practice teaches us to be present to our struggles and our joys, to be gentle and courageous with ourselves as we journey through life. Each week we will consider a recovery theme, practice deep breathing, meditation, movement, and integrative relaxation. There will be time for voluntary sharing. People from all Twelve Step felowships are welcome. Terry de la Vega has been in recovery for over 25 year. Free will donation of $5-$10 or use your class card.
