Wednesday night Vinyasa Flow is an energetic and awakening yoga practice. Vinyasa is a powerful and energetic flow, connecting breathe to movement, allowing for deep stretching, strength building, and meditative movement. Vinyasa Flow offers a balanced physical, mental, and spiritual experience. This 60-minute class focuses on the mind body connection, incorporating mindful movement, challenging strength and balance poses, yoga philosophy, and deep relaxation. All participants are invited to practice at their own comfort level.
