Yoga for a Healthy Spine is a four week session class, created to expand the introductory class Jean taught in October. Students will be encouraged to explore specific modifications to adapt postures to their unique needs. The intention of this series is to support students as they develop a personalized, on-going yoga practice. Please note: Yoga for a Healthy Spine will meet in Healing Arts Room 1. Class size is limited to ensure personalized instruction.
