Are you curious about yoga, wondering if it is right for you? This six week class covers the basics of hatha/physical yoga practice and is designed for students who have never taken a class before, and for those who want to renew a basic yoga practice. Classes will build week by week, eventually incorporating 15 basic yoga asanas or poses in a consistent sequence. Each class will include meditation, breathing, warm ups, asanas, and deep relaxation. Dynamic Gentle Yoga will be on hiatus for six weeks, students are invited to come to Yoga For Beginners.
This is a six week session class. The $65 fee is payable at the first class, or you may use your class card.
