All-level, including beginner, class with an emphasis on healthy, safe alignment of the body. Using movement and fundamental yoga postures, we will focus on increasing  strength and flexibility, improving posture and balance. Most importantly, quieting the mind, and awareness of breath will become tools educators can use in the classroom to return to a more calm and poised sense of self. Students familiar with basic yoga poses who want the additional challenge of using weights in their practice, are welcome to bring personal wrist and/or ankle weights.
