This class will combine yoga postures, core work, and weights.  After a dynamic warm up each class will include an aerobic component, a strength component, balance, and end with stretching and a brief relaxation. The large muscles of the legs and butt will be worked to rev up metabolism and burn calories, while weights will be used to tone and sculpt. Using weights is optional. Appropriate for beginners. If you have 3# and/or 5# weights please bring them as there is a limited number available at Trillium.
