Attending a weekly, one hour yoga classes are wonderful, meaningful, and nurturing for body, mind, and spirit. However, this may set up an unrealistic expectation for those who want to incorporate yoga into their daily routine. In this mini-class, we will experiment with a variety of yoga, pranayama, and meditation practices and combinations that are prefect for creating a short, daily home practice. Committing to a short, daily practice is not only more realistic for most, it brings great benefits.
