Rivka Rocchio, RYT-200, is a yoga instructor, world traveler, and mom dedicated to living a life full of adventure, purpose, and passion. Rivka completed her 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health with Yoganand Michael Carroll, Coby Kozlowski, and Erica Arce. She teaches classes that use asanas (postures) to develop balance, flexibility, strength, and confidence. Yoga is a key part of her life and helps her reconnect mind, body, and spirit.
Rivka also has an MFA in Theatre and teaches at SUNY Potsdam. Her creative and scholarly work explores the intersections of theatre and social justice. She is the creator of Theatre Across Prison Walls, a theatre-based project bridging the university and artists who are incarcerated.
