Katherine has been instructing group fitness classes for almost nine years, mostly strength & circuit training and indoor cycling. In her own life, Kat’s training includes weight lifting and she is an avid hiker.
SWEAT Fitness classes are upbeat and leave you more energized than when you started. The classes use bodyweight and minimal equipment to improve your strength and overall fitness. Progressions and thoughtful movements will have your muscles burning in no time! This class is for moderate to advanced fitness levels with various modifications for those looking to improve.
